The Vertente Natural´s main orientations are the active tourism. Our purpose is to present the nature and culture of Arrábida region. In our outdoor activities the tourist is invited to adventure in the outstanding features of the landscape. The beautiful nature of sea and mountain, the warmth of people and local gastronomy, make it an unique experience.
We propose activies where leisure, culture and nature are gathered, therefore we offer an alternative, quality touristic products such as canoeing, coasteering, dolphin watching, walking tours, jeep and boat tours, diving, abseiling, caving, climbing, mountain biking, snorkeling, team building and much more.
